Overview

This course is a comprehensive review of the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. Focus is put on the applicability of the Code in the practice of public accountancy and well as for CPAs in private industry. The course will also focus on Noncompliance with Laws and Regulations (NOCLAR), Independence, Records requests and other newly issued interpretations.
