CTCPA eMaterials and Cancellation Policies

eMaterials

Your registration fee includes an electronic copy of the course manual.  Your eMaterials will be available for download in the “My Upcoming Events” area of the website one week before the program date. Program cancellations will not be allowed once you have downloaded your eMaterials from the website. 

Reproduction or distribution of the manual or any portion of it is prohibited unless written permission is obtained from the course provider.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation requests must be received seven days prior to the course date in order to receive a refund. Substitute registrants are allowed.

As described in the eMaterials section above, due to contracts with our CPE partners, program cancellations are not allowed once the course materials have been downloaded from our website.

We understand that things do happen, so we offer two convenient alternatives to cancellation:

• You can transfer to another program. Transfers must be made at least one week prior to the program date to avoid any penalty; to transfer your registration, call 860-258-4800 and press 1 for the professional development department.
• You can transfer your registration to someone else if you can't attend. Education credits will be given to the person who attends the program.
