Brian Desmond Faynor, CPA, a Supervisor at Burzenski & Company, earned the status of Certified Valuation Analyst on April 21, 2023 from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) ®  

The Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation shows that Brian has satisfied the Association's rigorous standards of professionalism, expertise, objectivity, and integrity in the field of business valuation.  

According to the NACVA, “The examination and recertification process is designed to ensure a valuation practitioner who earns the CVA has the requisite skills and ethics to uphold the highest standard for competent practice in the business valuation profession. Individuals qualified to earn the CVA are CPAs or individuals with business degrees that work in a variety of business settings, in the U.S. and internationally. CVAs use established standards to estimate the economic value of businesses for purposes related to business purchases and sales, as well as disputes related to divorce litigation, taxes, partners' ownership interests, contested estates, and other purposes.”
