Overview

LLCs and partnerships continue to present some of the greatest challenges for return preparers and advisors.  This program will address the latest developments:

Jenifer Wyss, Supervising Project Manager, FASB

Jenifer Wyss is a Supervising Project Manager at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). She serves as the coordinator for both the FASB’s Not-for-Profit Advisory Committee (NAC) and the Private Company Council (PCC). She is currently working on the Improvements to Income Tax Disclosures Project and a PCC research project on stock compensation disclosures. Before joining the FASB, Ms. Wyss spent 18 years in public accounting. Most of those years were spent at RSM where she was a Partner in their St. Louis office. Jenifer earned her B.S. in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University and is a certified public accountant in Missouri and Illinois.
