Nicola, Yester & Company Announces New Partner, Staff

Nicola, Yester & Company, P.C. named Katie Anderson, CPA a partner. She recently joined the firm and comes to Nicola Yester with more than 30 years of experience in public and private accounting.  Katie started her career at Blum Shapiro in 1993, working in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, retail, nonprofit and governmental accounting.  In 2003, Katie moved to private industry, working in internal audit and positions with responsibility for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, primarily in the insurance industry.  In 2008, Katie returned to public accounting with Federman, Lally & Remis LLC in Farmington, where she focused on servicing clients in the manufacturing, distribution, real estate and nonprofit sectors.  Katie earned a B.S. in accounting from Bryant College.

In addition, Kristin Lombardo, CPA joined the firm as staff. Kristin earned a B.S. in accounting from Quinnipiac University and has over 25 years of experience in public accounting.
